Her debut short film Little White Lies (Dir/Writ/Prod) was AFI award nominated (Best Screenplay) and screened widely in four languages.
After graduating from the AFTRS, Della worked for the NSWFTO as Production Liaison Manager and in a variety of roles on projects as diverse as Mission Impossible II, Mullet and Cold Feet whilst she developed her first tele-feature.
In March 2011, WrappingUp.com was launched by Della and co-founder Kelly Chapman. It’s a one-stop site providing information and social community to the recently bereaved and those who want to plan ahead for the inevitable. The site innovatively uses screen skills to provide high quality rich media assets. Della directed the short dramas and interviews on the site.
